Rate

• The rate will be charged by the hour or per session
• One session is defined as 3.5 hours of work
• I will see a maximum of 18 patients in ten minute appointment slots per session
• I expect there to be 30 minutes administration time per session

Extra Services

• These are defined as viewing and actioning medical correspondences (DOCMAN), blood investigations and home visits
• These must be pre-agreed prior to accepting my booking
• I charge £40 per home visit which covers the travel time, consult time and extra risk involved

Cancellation

• Confirming my services via Email or telephone renders the acceptance of these terms and conditions unless pre-agreed upon
• Cancellations 28 days prior to GP Locum shift incurs no penalties
• Cancellation between 7-28 days prior to GP locum shifts incurs a 50% payment of the agreed amount
• Cancellations less than 7 days prior to GP Locum shifts incurs 100% payment of the agreed amount
